I find the price that I got on Amazon.com to be excellent. I paid more for my Motorola bluetooth and did not get near the quality of sound or sense of security of hold on my ear as I have with the Plantronics 925. My son is pleased with my Motorola, but I am ecstatic with the new Plantronics 925. The fit is excellent! I was able to spin the medium earplug around 1/4 of a spin and get the mic to point easily toward my mouth. I hear calls crystal clear, much better than any other device I have owned. Everyone says that my voice is also clear and strong when speaking. This was a great investment for me to ensure that I complied with the law for driving and still could stay in touch.I like the backup charging case. I will use it on trips. I did find the instructions for it a bit confusing. I charged it, but I am uncertain clearly how to use it. I will need to experiment with this as the instructions are a bit vague to me.The multiple earplugs are great. There is likely a size for anyone. I liked the ability to turn it on the stem and make the mic point toward my mouth. I did find that pointing the mic down, placing the earplug in the ear, and then rotating into place worked for a better and more comfortable fit. I only noticed its being in my ear for a few moments. After that, it was not in my thoughts. Once strongly in place, I have no fear of losing it out of my ear. With my Motorola hanging on my ear, I had it fall off a couple of times and had to backtrack to find it. I do not expect that to happen with the Plantronics 925.This is a worthwhile bluetooth device for the money at Amazon.com's price. I am glad to have made the purchase and be using this device.
